Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?You can usually cancel an order within an hour of order placement during normal business hours. Beyond that timeframe, it is very difficult for us to cancel orders due to the rapid transfer of orders in our supply chain. The exception to this rule is that we are able to cancel orders that have been backordered. Is the Tax applied in my cart import tax for the Philippines?No, tax applied is only for US sales tax. Why is there no value when I add a special priced product to my cart?This is a very low special price that we cannot advertise over the internet. Just go throught the process and we will email you the price and link so you may purchase the product. Are you the same as Shop & Ship, Package forwarding, my US address etc.?No, we do not provide shipping addresses to our customers. Our appointed freight forwarder will deliver our products straight to your doorstep. Do you accept Philippine issued credit cards?Yes, but we may require first time customers to fax or email us a signed credit card authorization to charge form. Do you use a freight forwarder to ship and deliver my package to the Philippines?Yes, but our sister company Monark Worldwide who is a balikbayan box expert, ships and delivers your products in the Philippines. Do I still need to provide address in the USA?No! We take care of everything for you. Just type your Philippine address and your package will be delivered to your door step. How do I register? Is there a registration fee?Membership is absolutely free of charge. To register and become part of the growing list of Jollybuy.com members, click on the ' Create Account ' icon on the my account at the bottom of our home page (www.jollybuy.com). Carefully fill-out the registration form, because all items with the red asterisk sign (*) are fields that you are required to answer. Once you have completed this, click on the ' Submit ' button.
