You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by affiliate merchants of jollybuy.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.

Return Exclusions

Only in the following cases will jollybuy.com reject returns:

1. Damages due to misuse, abuse or negligence on the part of the customer
2. Change of mind or seconds thoughts about the purchase

Warranties

As a general rule, jollybuy.com will not service any warranty claims. Product warranties or guarantees are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer or vendor and not jollybuy.com. jollybuy.com however can facilitate the reverse logistics for claims not accepted locally. The customer though will have to shoulder the shipping costs.

It is the customer's responsibility to determine if the warranty program for any product purchased using jollybuy.com will be honored where they reside. By using jollybuy.com, the shopper acknowledges that some warranty programs are valid only in the jurisdiction where the merchant resides.
