What are my shipping options within the USA?

We offer a number of shipping options to best suit your delivery needs:

  • Ground delivery in approximately 3 to 7 business days after shipment
  • 2nd Day delivery in two business days after shipment
  • Standard Overnight delivery the next business day afternoon after shipment
  • Priority Overnight delivery the next business day morning after shipment
  • Overweight Priority delivery in 2 to 5 business days after shipment on orders of 150lbs. or more

Borderfree Buyers:

  • Air Standard - delivery 5 to 14 days after shipment
  • Sea Standard - delivery 7 to 30 days for delivery to the philippines

Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?

You can usually cancel an order within an hour of order placement during normal business hours. Beyond that timeframe, it is very difficult for us to cancel orders due to the rapid transfer of orders in our supply chain. The exception to this rule is that we are able to cancel orders that have been backordered.
